Zo comes with many built-in tools to operate your computer and browse the web. To extend Zo’s capabilities, you can connect Zo to other apps and services. You can also ask Zo to build new integrations for you.
We’re always working on adding more functionality to Zo. Join our Discord to request additional connections, or get tips on how to integrate Zo into your existing tools.

Multiple accounts

You can connect multiple accounts for OAuth integrations. For example, you can connect both your personal and work Gmail accounts, and Zo will be able to access emails from both. Each connected account can have its own permission level (Read Only or Read & Write).

Permission levels

  • Read Only: Zo can search, view, and summarize data in the connected app.
  • Read & Write: Zo can create, edit, upload, send, or otherwise modify data in the connected app.
The exact actions depend on the integration, but this is the general model used throughout Zo.

Email integrations

Your Zo comes with its own email address, @zo.computer. You can email this address to instruct Zo, and Zo can email you from this address. If you would like Zo to read emails from your inbox or send emails on your behalf, you can connect either Gmail or Microsoft Outlook.
Giving Zo the ability to read your email and send emails using your Gmail or Microsoft Outlook account is risky. You should only enable this capability if you fully understand the risks, and are comfortable with the potential consequences of Zo making mistakes or falling prey to prompt injection.

  • This is useful for researching profiles, drafting outreach, and using your LinkedIn account from Zo.

X (Twitter)

X is currently available as a local connection rather than a standard OAuth integration.
  • Zo can use your X account once you’ve installed the corresponding local skill and provided the required browser-derived credentials in Settings.
  • This is useful for drafting posts, working with your timeline, and using your X account from Zo.

Other apps and services

In addition to built-in integrations with Notion, Google Calendar, Gmail, and more, Zo can build its own integration with many apps, tools, and services. Zo can research the web to find the best way to integrate any service, write code to build the integration, and walk you through the process of getting developer credentials. Zo will build custom integrations as Agent Skills. This approach enables similar “AI plugin” functionality to MCP, but is much more flexible and powerful. You can also use the Zo MCP Server to power up any AI that supports MCP with Zo’s tools and context. There’s a whole universe of software out there, and with Zo’s help, you can explore and leverage any of it to do practically anything on your Zo Computer. The only limit is your imagination – and your determination.

Syncing with your computer

You can sync files between another device and your Zo Computer. This functionality is built-into the Zo desktop apps.
